Who runs ParkScoop
ParkScoop is run by Danny Badalamenti. Danny has been a Walt Disney World cast member for more than 7 years, and he runs the travel brand Trips by Danny.
ParkScoop collects ride closures, refurbishments, live waits, crowds and deals for Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Orlando and Disney and Royal Caribbean cruises in one place, with a source link on every closure and deal so you can check it yourself.
Want help with an actual trip? Plan with Danny through Trips by Danny.
How ParkScoop works
- Closures and deals come from the data files behind the tracker. Every item links to its source and carries the date it was last checked.
- Live wait times come from ThemeParks.wiki. Crowd and reliability figures are calculated from ParkScoop's own log of those waits.
- Independent. ParkScoop is a fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Universal Destinations & Experiences, or Royal Caribbean Group.
- How the site makes money: some links are affiliate links (as an Amazon Associate ParkScoop earns from qualifying purchases), sponsor placements are always labeled, and Danny earns from trips booked through Trips by Danny.
