- Visiting before late March? Plan on no Volcano Bay. If a water-park day is a must, Blizzard Beach is the option on the calendar; check Disney's water park page ↗ for tickets, and look at the forecast: a cool or stormy day can cut a water-park day short.
- Visiting the last week of March? Universal says "on or before" Apr 1, not a fixed date, and it has already changed once. Don't prepay anything tied to a Volcano Bay day until Universal posts operating hours for your dates. Save the reminder above; it alerts you a week ahead.

Royal Caribbean's private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay, has Thrill Waterpark. It needs a separate day pass; Royal Caribbean says the price varies by sailing and shows it in the Cruise Planner (Royal Caribbean ↗).
