What height do kids need for the most rides at Disney World?
At Walt Disney World the highest minimum is 48 in (122 cm), for TRON Lightcycle / Run and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets. A child who is 44 in (112 cm) can ride every attraction at EPCOT and Animal Kingdom, and everything at Magic Kingdom except TRON. Disney's height FAQ lists 21 attractions with a minimum across the four parks.
What can a 3-year-old ride at Disney World?
Most attractions have no minimum at all. Many 3-year-olds are around 36 to 39 in. At 35 in a child can ride The Barnstormer; at 38 in, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Slinky Dog Dash, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Kali River Rapids. Alien Swirling Saucers and Tomorrowland Speedway start at 32 in.
What is the tallest height requirement at Universal Orlando?
The Incredible Hulk Coaster at Islands of Adventure needs 54 in (138 cm). Doctor Doom's Fearfall needs 52 in and Jurassic World VelociCoaster 51 in. At Epic Universe the highest minimum is 48 in, for Stardust Racers, Monsters Unchained and Dragon Racer's Rally.

Yes. Universal says any child who meets a ride's minimum but is under 48 in (122 cm) must ride with a Supervising Companion who is 14 or older and meets the ride's requirements.

Rider Switch lets grown-ups take turns when a child is too short or doesn't want to ride. One adult waits with the child while the rest of the party rides, then the waiting adult rides without waiting in the standard line again. Disney offers it at most attractions; ask the cast member at the entrance.
How tall do you have to be for the AquaDuck or AquaMouse?
Disney Cruise Line lists 42 in (107 cm) for both, measured without shoes. Kids must be 54 in to ride AquaDuck solo and 48 in to ride AquaMouse solo, and kids under 7 ride with someone 14 or older. AquaDunk on Disney Magic needs 48 in.
What height do you need for the FlowRider on Royal Caribbean?
Royal Caribbean lists 52 in for bodyboarding and 58 in to stand up on the FlowRider. Its zip line needs 52 in and The Perfect Storm waterslides need 48 in.
